As soon as you have an accepted purchase agreement with the seller. You'll need time to get the inspection(s) scheduled and performed, to receive and review the documentation, to upload your inspection to Majordomo, to get estimates for any needed work, and to negotiate changes to the agreement. Remember, your purchase agreement has specific time requirements for each contingency. If you don’t disapprove or finish your home inspection negotiations prior to the expiration of your home inspection contingency – it is possible you will be agreeing to purchase the home as-is.
