First, store it somewhere easy to access – like on your Majordomo account. Second, use it to plan for maintenance and improvements. Third, document all of your maintenance and improvements. When you are ready to sell the home, print a copy of your inspection and note your work along with providing copy of your document. You will have an incredible document/sales tool to share with potential buyers about how awesome of a homeowner you have been and why your home is worth what you are asking.
