Most lenders will not request it unless there are specific references to the inspection in your purchase agreement paperwork. If your lender requests a copy, understand they may require all deficiencies to be resolved prior to final loan approval. There are some loan types in which the general requirements of the loan require the lender to collect a copy.
Most insurance companies will not request a copy. If they do, you most likely do not have a choice and will need to provide them a copy of the report.
Most home warranties do not request a copy. If they do, they are trying to assess the pre-home warranty property condition to understand their risks and what items they may or may not cover at a later time.
