Let's get that resolved.

You should receive an email within 24-hours of ordering with a link to your Domoreport. If you didn't get an email, it could be for a few reasons:

1) Did you get your emailed receipt? If not, we may have the wrong contact information for you.

2) Did you check your spam/junk folder? While we hope to never end up there, it happens.

3) Check your voicemail as we may need more information.

4) Visit majordomo.com/domoreport and see if it's ready. Though, if it is, and you didn't receive an email about it, we'd really like to know!

Can you also use the Live Chat feature, or message customer service about the issue.
